Who are you?
We’re Brushstroked — an independent art studio based in Melbourne, Australia. Founded by artist Nilanji, we create vibrant, joyful art prints that bring colour and emotion into everyday spaces.
What kind of art do you sell?
We offer museum-grade fine art prints made using archival inks on 310 gsm Ilford Galleries cotton rag paper. Each piece is designed to last over 100 years and is printed with care in our Melbourne studio.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship worldwide? Yes! We ship globally with tracked delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How much is shipping?
- Australia (Standard): Free (2–8 business days)
- Australia (Express): $23 AUD (1–4 business days)
- International (Standard): $18 AUD (6–27 days)
- International (Express): $58 AUD (4–10 days)
- Mini Art Print Club: Free standard shipping worldwide
When will my order ship?
We dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking updates once your art is on its way.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
We’ll do our best to accommodate address changes, but due to fast turnaround times, we can’t guarantee it. Please email us at hello@brushstroked.com as soon as possible.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
- Australian customers: Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt
- International customers: Returns accepted within 15 days of receipt Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@brushstroked.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.
Do you offer refunds for damaged items?
Yes. If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with a photo and we’ll make it right.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us.
🎨 Product & Materials
Are your prints framed?
No, our prints are sold unframed to give you flexibility. They fit standard frame sizes, and we’re happy to recommend framing options.
What paper do you use?
We use 310 gsm Ilford Galleries cotton rag — a museum-grade fine art paper known for its rich texture and archival quality.
Will the colours fade over time?
No. Our prints use archival inks designed to last over 100 years without fading.
