3.What shipping methods are available?

We offer standard shipping and express shipping Australia wide and express shipping to rest of the world.

We ship via Australia post tracked parcels and express shipments will need a signature on delivery.

4. How do we ship?

Our artwork comes unframed and will be posted in mailing tubes for safety and to avoid damage.

Tax out of Australia is the recipients responsibility.

5. Do we accept returns?

We will only accept returns within 7 days of receipt for Australian customers and within 15 day for international customers, and only when the product is damaged on delivery. Return postage will be paid by the customer. You can get a full refund if the product is returned intact as you received it. We will need you to email us photos of the damage when you open the package if any. Once we receive the return, we will refund you the purchase price in full.9Above conditions apply)
